1) Products & Licensing

• Our plugins are WordPress add-ons delivered as digital downloads.
• Unless otherwise noted, code is provided under a GPL-compatible license for use on your sites.
• Access to updates, license activation, and support requires an active purchase/license key tied to your order.

2) Payments & Delivery

• Payments are processed securely by [Stripe/PayPal].
• After purchase, you’ll receive a download link and license key by email (and in your account, if created).

3) Refunds

• We offer a [14-day] refund window when we cannot resolve a documented, reproducible issue with our plugin on a supported environment.
• No refunds on renewals, license upgrades/downgrades, or change-of-mind after download.
