Affiliate Terms

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners. Participation is subject to approval. Approved affiliates earn a one-time 35% commission on collected product price, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent or invalid transactions.

Attribution is last valid referral within 45 days. Commissions are held 30 days, paid monthly by PayPal when the payable balance reaches $50; lower balances carry forward. Affiliates are responsible for taxes and accurate payout information.

Spam, deceptive claims, self-referrals, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, impersonation, and unauthorized coupons are prohibited. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship. Refunds and chargebacks reverse commissions. We may suspend or terminate participation and change this program with notice. Legitimately earned outstanding commissions are handled under the program terms then in effect.

Existing PluginHatch limitation-of-liability and governing-law provisions apply; no jurisdiction is added here pending owner/legal review.
